What happens to a dream deferred?
Does it dry up
Like a raisin in the sun?
Or fester like a sore—
And then run?
Does it stink like rotten meat?
Or crust and sugar over—
like a syrupy sweet?
Maybe it just sags
like a heavy load.
Or does it explode?

Back to the 'Burgh

For those of you who are excited, emotional, or just darn right anxious for me to leave (or return), the time has come. I’ll be going back to Pittsburgh tomorrow. Hopefully, my laptop will be delivered. Yeah, it’s the sweet HP Pavillion dv6700t with the 2GHz Pentium Duo and 3 GB of RAM, not to mention the sweet fingerprint scanner.  Oh, and I’m also waiting on those contacts.  If you’re wondering, I’ll have the following classes:

  1. Organic Chemistry + Lab
  2. Homeostasis
  3. Honors Human Physiology
  4. History of Ancient Philosophy
  5. Religion in India

You can find me in McCormick suite 801 with 6 other dudes and the great Senator Dan as my RA.

The seeker after truth should be humbler than the dust. The world crushes the dust under its feet, but the seeker after truth should be so humble himself that even the dust could crush him.
